The QUEERSHIP project has held its first team meeting, bringing together researchers from Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Croatia at the Faculty of Sociology, University of Warsaw. The three-day meeting marked the official launch of the project’s research activities.

The meeting opened with team-building workshops led by Natalia Sarata and Aleksandra Muzińska, designed to help team members get to know one another, understand each other’s working styles, and establish shared principles for collaboration throughout the project.
The remaining two days were devoted to substantive discussions on the project’s research agenda, as well as practical matters related to university administration and project management.
The QUEERSHIP team leaves the meeting with a clear shared direction and is now looking forward to advancing its research on LGBTIQ* families in Central and Eastern Europe.
